	I thought that you should all take a look at this... Also avoid resting objects such as telephone receivers on your face. Don't pick or squeeze blemishes. Picking or squeezing can cause infection or scarring.

The survey found that walking triggered rosacea in 36 percent of the respondents, followed by jogging or running , aerobics , weight lifting , push-ups or sit-ups , and bicycling or spinning .

	Can any of you give me some advice about this?... Some people with acne may try to stop outbreaks and oil production by scrubbing their skin and using strong detergent soaps and rough scrub pads. However, scrubbing will not improve acne; in fact, it can make the problem worse. Patients should ask their doctor or another health professional for advice on the best type of cleanser to use.

	Heh, look at what I found... One day while doing online research I came across the Clear Pores Cleansing System. It sounded perfectly safe and sensible. Well, Clear Pores worked wonders.
